Tobias Albrecht studied Business Administration at the University of Bayreuth (B.Sc.) from 2012 to 2016, spending a semester abroad at the Faculty of Economics of the Universitat Autónoma in Barcelona. He then completed his master’s degree in Bayreuth in 2018. During this time, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Marketing & Innovation of Prof. Baier, where he dealt in particular with data mining tasks and the application of machine learning from an application point of view. Among others, Mr. Albrecht gained practical experience in internships at medi and GEALAN. Since June 2019 he is employed as a Doctoral Candidate at the Research Center Finance & Information Management.
Tobias Albrecht’s research projects primarily focus on data-driven and customer-oriented business processes as well as machine learning from a practical point of view.
