Anne-Sophie Christmann

After graduating from the Hildegardisschule in Bingen, Anne-Sophie Christmann studied International Wine Business (B.Sc.) at Geisenheim University of Applied Sciences near Frankfurt. During her bachelor’s degree and in the year after graduation, she worked at various wineries in Europe. In 2017 she continued her studies in General Management (M.A.) with a focus on digitization and innovation at Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen. During stays abroad at Columbia University in New York and the London School of Economics, she extended her knowledge in sustainability and data analytics. She then gained practical experience in the food industry and in consulting. Anne has been working at FIM Reserch Center as a research assistant at the University of Hohenheim since April 2021.

As part of her research activity, Ms. Christmann deals with the topics of smart sustainability and digital bioeconomy.
