Applications may only be submitted online using the application tool provided. Registration via Digicampus does not imply admission to the event. Please fill out all fields truthfully and completely. You may indicate up to three priorities in your application. This has the advantage that you can be assigned to another seminar (priority 2 or priority 3) if the capacity limit has already been reached in your desired seminar (priority 1). You can also upload a STUDIS grades overview as a zip file. If you would like to apply for more than one seminar in parallel, please fill out a form for each seminar. Please understand that, for reasons of fairness, we can no longer consider applications received after the application deadline.

The participation in our seminars is restricted. Admission to our seminars is based on a multi-criteria decision-making process. On the one hand, your motivation as well as your professional aptitude are evaluated. On the other hand, your grades and the progress of your studies are taken into account in the decision. The number of students per seminar is also limited by the available supervisors.

Please note that due to the limited number of places available, your application is binding in fairness to your fellow students. Please make a note of the mentioned dates for kick-off and presentations for this event, as attendance is mandatory. If you do not participate despite admission and this results in a disadvantage for fellow students, we reserve the right to consider this negatively in later applications. Therefore, please only apply more than once if you wish to attend several events with restricted admission.

For seminar, term paper, bachelor and master theses you will find format recommendations in the Digicampus, on the website of the University Library, or on the pages of the Chairs of the University of Augsburg. The guidelines described there represent a proposal for the formal and content-related design of academic papers. You can find our format template here.

If you have any questions, please contact our teaching coordination in Augsburg.
