Master seminar Digital Consulting with Senacor and ZEB:

Is digitalization actually changing the consulting industry? And how! On the one hand, more and more customer projects are aiming to either digitise something themselves or to create the necessary basis for successful digitisation. This applies to the financial services industry, which is increasingly under pressure from FinTechs, but also to almost all other industries. But how do you actually deal with such threats or disruptive elements? What role does the issue of sustainability, which is currently the subject of much debate in the media, actually play? At the same time, however, not only are the questions becoming increasingly complex, but also the project procedures necessary to deal with the issues. Do the “classic” project approaches still work at all or do we need something new now? In the Special Issue Digital Consulting you can answer these and other questions together with the experts from zeb and Senacor. Under the supervision of experienced staff from practice and applied research, you will work together as a team on real problems and present your results to the professionals. At the same time, participation in the seminar is a very good preparation for writing a master’s thesis.

Bachelor seminar Customer Relationship Management with Allianz:

Digitalisation is changing the expectations of customers: Services should be intuitive and simple. This poses a great challenge for the insurance industry with its complex products. At the same time, new competitors such as Google, Apple, Facebook and Amazon are increasingly occupying the customer interface with their platform concepts. High time for established companies to score with digital solutions. A comprehensive CRM model is to be created that drives digitization around the agency network and skilfully connects the digital world with the “offline” world. Customer satisfaction is the highest goal and therefore the needs and trust of the customers are the focus of attention. What could such a solution look like?

In the bachelor seminar Customer Relationship Management you can answer these and other challenges together with Allianz experts. Supervised by experienced employees from practice and applied research, you will work together as a team on real problems and finally present your results to the professionals. At the same time, participation in the seminar is a very good preparation for writing a bachelor thesis.
