Lena Utz, née Kryzhanivska, completed her Abitur at the Bayernkolleg Augsburg in 2010. From 2010 to 2013 she studied studied Business Information Systems Engineering (B.Sc.) with a major in Finance & Informationmanagement at the University of Augsburg. From 2013 to 2016, she studied in the Elite Graduate Program “Finance and Information Management” (M.Sc. with honors) at the Technische Universität München and Augsburg University, majoring in Business Information Systems Engineering. During her studies, she gained practical experience in several internships. She started as a research assistant at the FIM Research Center in March 2011 and is working as a Doctoral Candidate since February 2016.
Mrs Utz’s current research activities focus on Customer Relationship Management and Human Information Behavior.
