Sebastian Rockstuhl

Curriculum Vitae
Sebastian Rockstuhl received his high school diploma from the Apian-Gymnasium in Ingolstadt. After a voluntary social year in a school for disabled kids, he studied industrial engineering (B.Sc.) at the University of Augsburg. Afterwards he studied Finance and Information Management with focus on Energy and Resource Management. Appart from university, he gained a lot of practical experience, for instance as an intern at Infineon in the strategy department in Munich and Singapore and as a working student at Stadtwerke München in innovation management. At the Kernkompetenzzentrum FIM and the project group Business Information Technology of Fraunhofer FIT in Augsburg Sebastian Rockstuhl started as a student assistant in February 2015. Since October 2020 he has been a research assistant to Prof. Björn Häckel.
Main Research
Within the scope of his research activities Sebastian Rockstuhl mainly deals with topics in the field of sustainable energy systems and their interfaces to digitalization.
