Katharina Stelzl completed her Abitur at the Josef-Effner-Gymnasium Dachau in 2011. From 2011 she studied Business Administration at the University of Bayreuth, where she received her Master’s degree in 2016. During her studies, Katharina gained practical experience in internships in different small and large organizations such as “MAN Truck & Bus AG”, “Vodafone Kabel Deutschland GmbH” or “Grundig Business Systems GmbH”. Katharina began working as a research assistant at the Research Center Finance & Information Management in March, 2016 and as a Doctoral Candidate since April, 2017.
Katharina’s research interests include the topic of value-based business process management in general as well as the design and implementation of organizational agility in particular.
