Reference Module Design for Explorative Business Process Management

The aim of the research project is to develop, test, and evaluate a reference module about explorative Business Process Management for students of higher education institutions. With the help of the reference module, students of higher education institutions have the chance to gain new skills and knowledge in the field of explorative Business Process Management, a field with enormous importance and impact for organisations to stay competitive. Although this project targets educators and students in the field of information systems, other stakeholders, like educators from different levels, practitioners and researchers, may benefit from the project’s results.

Therefore, higher education institutions need to teach proper content to prepare their students, as future employees, for these challenges.
