Wolfgang Kratsch completed his Abitur at the Wildermuth-Gymnasium in Tübingen, Germany in 2011. After that, he started his academic education with an undergraduate degree in Business Information Systems at the University of Augsburg, Germany, which he completed in 2014. He then received his graduate degree in Computer Science and Information-oriented Business Management in 2017 from the University of Augsburg. Parallel to his studies, Wolfgang Kratsch gained practical experience as Software Developer at NovaTec, intern Business-IT Consulting at Senacor and IT representative at DAIKA e.V. Furthermore, in 2014 he started to work as research assistant at the Research Center Finance & Information Management. Since July 2017 he has been a Doctoral Candidate at the Research Center FIM.
In his research, Wolfgang Kratsch deals with topics in data-driven business process management as well as the application of artificial intelligence for predictive data analytics.
